Prosurge’s BP25V series SPD is Class I and Class II (IEC 61643-11) combined single-pole SPD, designed for low-voltage power supply lightning current & surge protection, especially for location of high risk exposure or LPZ 0-2 building entrances (IEC 62305-4) to against the damage from direct or close lightning strikes.
Prosurge’s high energy MOV technology ensures remarkable lightning current discharge capacity up to 25kA 10/350μs and lower voltage protection level. It significantly limits and extinguishes the follow current, making it ideal for use in various low-voltage power distribution.
BP25V can be used alone or in combination, the multifunctional terminals offer busbars and conductor connecting. For example, the combination of BP25V and G50/255NPE or G100/255NPE can form “1+1” or “3+1” protection circuit for 230/440 TT/TN systems.
